3632547 - Methods Annotated With @SystemSetup Not Executing During Specific Processes

Symptom

Along with config update.importEssentialData.enabled=false method annotated with @SystemSetup(type = SystemSetup.Type.PROJECT, process = SystemSetup.Process.UPDATE) in SystemSetup class. Although without update.importEssentialData.enabled config it is executing.

This property disables the automatic invocation of methods annotated with @SystemSetup(type = SystemSetup.Type.ESSENTIAL, process = SystemSetup.Process.UPDATE)

However, this does not affect methods with @SystemSetup(type = SystemSetup.Type.PROJECT, process = SystemSetup.Process.UPDATE)

Only execute the delta impex managed in a specific path using @SystemSetup(type = SystemSetup.Type.PROJECT, process = SystemSetup.Process.UPDATE) during specific processes or migrate data in SAP Commerce Cloud
