3632561 - Attributes in Learning - proficiency level in item details

When a user has a competency on their Growth Portfolio, if the Item has the same attribute associated, but in a more elevated proficiency level, it will be displayed as a matched attribute, despite them being on different proficiency levels

1. On Growth Portfolio > Add a Competency and set a level
2. Assign an item with the same competency but with higher proficiency level >
3. On Item level, attribute is displayed as achieved on: Included Attributes - New or improved Attributes you’ll gain

The Engineering team confirmed that there is an indication for the course attributes that are available in Growth Portfolio. If proficiency of item is higher then it is indicated in green, otherwise not.

When the attribute at the item is in a higher level than the user has in their Growth Portfolio, it will be displayed on the "New or improved Attributes you'll gain" section, instead of the "Attributes you already have", that way, users can differentiate attributes they need to improve and attributes they already achieved.

Please also note that users can hover over the attributes and they should see a pop up which will give detailed insights on where the users is in terms of proficiency and what the course can provide.
