3632660 - E-Signature is not being assigned to the correct responsible people - Onboarding

• E-signature correctly triggers the documents according to Assign Forms Business Rule, but they are not being assigned to the correct roles.
• How to change the assignee of documents to be signed?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Incorrect or missing Job Relationship.

Check in Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Templates to which role the expected form is assigned to (Signature icon).

For Onboarding document flow, the Job Relationship is maintained on Onboarding Dashboard > Actions > New Hire Data > Job Information portlet > Job Relationship. Be sure to maintain the assigned Role here.

For Offboarding document flow, the Job Relationship is maintained in Employee Profile > under Job Relationship. If the Role assigned to the form is not saved/maintained here, it is most likely that the document will be assigned to the Manager instead.
