Symptom

  • The checkstorage fault report provides details on any faults identified for the run.
  • These faults, like ASE errors can have multiple "State" values which can assist in troubleshooting the context of the fault.
  • Currently, these State values are available but not reported by sp_dbcc_faultreport.
  • Support may request to perform steps which will enable the Fault State to be reported in the sp_dbcc_faultreport "long" output for investigation.
