An error occurs when Initiating Onboarding for a candidate in the Candidate Workbench

3. Open Job Req
4. Select Candidate
5. Actions > Initiate Onboarding

this issue arises from a Number Format Exception when attempting to convert the internal code *** to a long value due to it being 'Null'. 

In short, there is a field value missing in a required field in the Job Req Details / Job Application, from where the value is getting pulled to Onboarding

Add a value to the Field that has an empty value and is a required field
