Customer requested refresh using the IRT, but the refresh failed with error: instanceRefreshError

The error instanceRefreshError is displayed due to legacy HCM/BizX URLs in the BIZX configuration of Learning.

1. Confirm that the option for Learning refreshes is now available.
2. Utilize the IRT for the eligible Learning refreshes.
3. Refer to the KBA: 2835061 - Learning Management System Automated Refresh Process for details on the refresh process via IRT.
4. If the error persists, access System Configuration > BizX and erase the values on the fields mentioned, then click on "apply changes" to display the correct values.
