3632710 - Time sheet data integration - Class CL_HRSFEC*** could not be instantiated

Symptom

When replicating the employee's Time Sheet from SuccessFactors Employee Central to IT2010, the following error is observed in the Application Log transaction SLG1:

  • Data for TIME_PAY_COMPONENTS could not be retrieved. Inconsistent proxy with ext. code [external code ID]
  • Class CL_HRSFEC_TIM_ITEM_CONT_ETVR could not be instantiated. Please contact support.
  • Replicated time data cannot be processed.
