Application ID is not visible when configuring Job Application Business Rule

Environment

SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Configure Business Rules
  2. Create new Job Application Business rule
  3. Start creating the rule
  4. Application ID is not available

Cause

The Field missing in Job Application Template

Resolution

Configure the field in the Job Application Template for it to be seen.

If you have configured the field, but the Field Name is set as 'App ID' or something else, it will show the configured Field Name.
