3632731 - Application ID not visible when creating a Business Rule - Recruiting

Symptom

The Application ID is not present when setting up Job Application Business Rule.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Configure Business Rules
  2. Create new Job Application Business rule
  3. Start creating the rule
  4. Application ID is not available

Resolution

Check if the field is configured correctly in the Job Application template. This is a standard field using a Field ID of "id" and check which label is used to search when creating Business Rules for Job Application.
