Symptom
Email address in not identified as contact by the SAP outlook add-in (Groupware Integration). Message 'Nothing to share with SAP Sales Cloud.' is shown.
Environment
SAP Sales Cloud V2
Resolution
- Access SAP Sales cloud v2 system.
- Go to settings.
- Open groupware view.
- Navigate to profiles.
- Open affected profile.
- Go to add-in settings tab.
- Click on manage objects.
- Add the contact entity and click on apply.
- Click on 'save and apply profile to all users'.
