Symptom

Email address in not identified as contact by the SAP outlook add-in (Groupware Integration). Message 'Nothing to share with SAP Sales Cloud.' is shown.

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud V2

Resolution

  1. Access SAP Sales cloud v2 system.
  2. Go to settings.
  3. Open groupware view.
  4. Navigate to profiles.
  5. Open affected profile.
  6. Go to add-in settings tab.
  7. Click on manage objects.
  8. Add the contact entity and click on apply.
  9. Click on 'save and apply profile to all users'.
