3632762 - Custom fields are blank when the output status is 'Completed' on sales documents

Symptom

The following steps have been done:

  • Fields were added through data source extension.
  • Custom form template was created.
  • Extended fields were added to the template.
  • The data source of the form template was changed.

An output item is created for a sales document (e.g. sales order), and the newly created custom form template is used. When the output item is in status 'In Preparation' or 'To Be Output', the custom fields (fields extended) are correctly filled and shown in the PDF preview.

However, when the output item status goes to 'Completed', the custom fields are blank and the value is not shown anymore.
