3632785 - Error "This intelligent scenario has no versions" or "DAR Connectivity - Connection fails" for Intelligent Scenario "SLS_DOC_AUTO_COMPLTN"

When trying to activate and train the intelligent scenario "SLS_DOC_AUTO_COMPLTN" in the "Intelligent Scenario Management" app, or run the prerequisite check, the following error message is displayed: 

• This intelligent scenario has no versions. Contact your system administrator.
• DAR Connectivity - Connection fails. Before troubleshooting, check the country/region and client (100/80) requirements for using DAR. Please search for "Monitor Recommendations for Sales Document Completion" on SAP Help Portal for details.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Intelligent scenario "SLS_DOC_AUTO_COMPLTN" (scope item 73P), which requires connectivity with Data Attribute Recommendation (DAR), is not activated successfully.

Only the below system tenants are supported with Intelligent scenario "SLS_DOC_AUTO_COMPLTN. If the system tenant falls in one of the below, create a support case to the component XX-S4C-OPR-SRV to activate the communication scenario SAP_COM_1199:
