3632796 - [[CREATED_TIME]] token not extracting time but just date

 [[CREATED_TIME]] token does not represent value in time format but in date format when used in emails.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Custom Workflow Notifications

As per confirmation from engineering ticket, [[CREATED_TIME]] fetches only date and not time as of now.
