3632800 - Error: "error parsing system commerceservices" when Deploying to 2211.41 Version with Migrate Data Mode

Symptom

When deploying the SAP Commerce Cloud to 2211.41 version with migrate data mode, the deployment will fail and the following error can be found on platform-update-* pod:

error in taglistener de.hybris.bootstrap.typesystem.xml.ItemTypeTagListener@72ce6ea9 at line 570 : error parsing system commerceservices at lines [547-570] : extension 'b2bcommerce' not found within de.hybris.bootstrap.typesystem.YTypeSystem@5dxxxxx

Can not preserve extension name <commerceservices> for existing DB deployment de.hybris.platform.persistence.commerceservices_B2BCostCenter - given extension <commerceservices> extension could not be found
