3632825 - Behavior of Partner Function Deletion via the C4C to S/4 SOAP Interface.

When deleting a partner function in Business Partner from C4C to S/4 via the SOAP interface, not all partner functions are removed—even when your payload does not include any partner functions and the CTI flag is set to X.

This behavior occurs because certain partner functions—such as the External Agent (ES)—are associated with the Supplier Partner Type (LI). In such cases, the system is designed to preserve these partner functions, along with their reflexive partner functions.

Hence, this is standard system behavior, and not all partner functions will be deleted automatically when attempting to remove them through the C4C to S/4 interface.
