After changing max_concurrency value from system DB, then checking parameter value in tenant DB, the parameter default value has been changed to the value set in system DB. If changing from tenant DB directly, there will be errro as following:
general error: change not allowed for tenant database (filename=global.ini, database=<database name>, section=execution, key=max_concurrency)
