SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
- The company code in 'Work Agreement' (Manage Workforce) doesn't match the one in 'Overview' tab (Worker Overview).
- Company code is different in 'Manage Workforce' and 'Worker Overview'.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Cause
Overview tab in worker overview application shows only the current active details.
Resolution
The work agreement tab show's the initial company code with which the initial work agreement was created.
Note: Can't change a company code, once the work agreement has been saved for the first time. To change the company code you need to create a new work agreement (How to Create and Correct Work Agreements | SAP Help Portal).
The Worker Overview application only show's the latest active details in the 'Overview' tab.
