1. Open the My Situations app.
2. Open the Situation Type.
3. Check the Recipients section.

The determination of notification recipients is predefined by a rule for this template.

• The determination of notification recipients is predefined by a rule for this template. The rule is: If output items that were created that day with errors occur, the administrator is informed. The USER_FROM_ADMIN rule reads the user who needs to be notified.
• Use the OM default team category with the OM_OC team type to create a team with default settings that can be adapted to specific needs. It is also possible to create a custom team. For more information, refer to: Teams.
