Purchase Order output form should be available directly on the Goods Receipt/Service Entry Sheet page under the “Services for Object” section.

1. Navigate to the GRN/SRN page.
2. Attempt to locate the PO smart form under the "Services for Object" section.

GRN/SRN is a separate document linked to the PO. Hence, the Purchase Order output form is not typically available directly on the Goods Receipt/Service Entry Sheet (GRN/SRN) page under the "Services for Object" section, the PO Form is usually accessed through the purchase order itself, through output determination configured for the purchase order.
