3633179 - DocuSign package sends all forms for Signature even if only one includes a Manager Signature – Onboarding

When configuring Onboarding form in Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates, customers may observe that all forms within the DocuSign package are sent to the responsible signers  (e.g., Manager, HR, New Hire), even if only one of the forms includes a Manager signature field.

This is expected system behavior. 

The DocuSign package is designed to send the entire set of documents configured for signature to the designated signers. This means that even if only one form includes a manager signature field, the complete package will still be delivered to all relevant signers (e.g., Manager, HR, New Hire) as defined in the template.
