3633275 - ERP Connector stops working frequently due to SSL errors

Symptom

  • Regular ERP connector stoppages (1-2 times weekly) with intermittent issues in inbound or or outbound iDoc processing.
  • Frequent SSL-related error in connector logs:
TransporterException: The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.
, ErrorType=Network_Unknown---> System.Net.WebException: The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.
 ---> System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.
 ---> System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: Authentication failed, see inner exception.
 ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80090330): The specified data could not be decrypted. 
  • The same error message is visible in the cloud logs with constant rate (~200 error per hour).
