3633278 - View All Button Grayed Out in Production Request Access Through Supply Planning Work Center

Symptom

User XXX is not able to click in View All button when accessing Production Request YYY through Supply Planning Work Center.

XXX means User ID.
YYY means Production Request ID.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Supply Planning View.
  2. Go to Products View.
  3. Search for Product ZZZ.
  4. Open and go to Production Request YYY.
  5. Click on it and notice the View All button is grayed out.

ZZZ means Product ID.

Cause

User doesn't have the correct access rights.

Resolution

The View All button behavior is similar to Edit button. As the user does not have write access, only read access, the View All button is disabled for this screen.
