Symptom

In the latest enrollment experience Benefits Confirmation link goes to People Profile instead of the benefits confirmation statement in PPX

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite 
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to People Profile >Benefits 
  2. Click 'Change Your 2026 Benefit Enrollment Benefit Selections'
  3. Complete the enrollment until the end
  4. When you 'Submit' the enrollment, you will get a popup with a hyperlink to the confirmation
  5. Click the link and it takes you to the employee's People Profile

Cause

Resolution

The issue will no longer be faced in the 2H Release and our engineering team is planning to deliver a patch on July 31st.
