1. Trigger a workflow
2. Proxy as the approver of the workflow
3. There are fields you would like to hide or rearrange, customise 
4. Add custom field to an Approval Card

The Approval Card is hard-coded and cannot be changed. This means that fields cannot be rearranged, hidden or customised.

Currently it is not supported to rearrange, hide or customize the approval card.
If you would like for this to be possible in future product releases, you can submit an enhancement request in Idea Exchange which may be considered as a future enhancement and let the community know that you are one of the accounts that is requesting this kind of functionality.
