3633354 - Recruiting Rules Vanish in Manage Rules in Recruiting and can't be Selected - Recruiting Management

• Rules are not reflecting in Manage Rules in Recruiting even though rules are available in the system and configured correctly in Business Rules Admin tool and are assigned to the recruiting templates already.
• Rules are configured correctly in manage data.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to manage rules in recruiting.
2. Navigate to recruiting template.
3. Observe there are some rule settings next to the field that are displayed as blank and not selected.

The issue is due to the field drop-down limit being exceeded.

• The fix will be available in 2H2025 release by increasing the field drop-down limit from 500 to 1000 under manage rules in recruiting.
• Before the fix is available, if more than 500 rules are maintained in manage rules in recruiting, use the manage data page to configure or map the rules.
