Symptom

When attempting to reverse Goods Issue with ODATA API Outbound Delivery (A2X), the following error occurs:

  • Error code: Q6/504
  • Error message: There is no active info structure for field catalog &1

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

The parameter "ActualGoodsMovementDate" in the Request URI is set earlier than the "Actual GI Date" in outbound delivery. Reversing Goods Issue Date must be equal to or later than the Actual Goods Issue Date in outbound delivery.

Resolution

Ensure the parameter "ActualGoodsMovementDate" in the Request URI is set to the same date or later than the "Actual GI Date" in outbound delivery.
