3633478 - SMQ2 Error M7022 Occurs Despite Using Process Code 'CARR' in STO Scenario

Symptom

STO process is being used with an EWM-relevant inbound delivery. Process code 'CARR' has been applied, and the quantity for the inbound delivery has been increased or decreased within EWM. However, the queue continues to get stuck with the following errors -

  • Message No. M7022 - PL Stock in Transit exceeded by &2 &3 &4 
  • Message No. M7022 - PU Withdrawn qty exceeded by &2 &3 &4
