Symptom
We still receive emails from a workflow process, where the trigger has been disabled, and the access rights have been already adjusted, so there is no option to start a new case.
Resolution
Please try to identify all ongoing cases within SAP Signavio Process Governance for this particular workflow process. Most probably, a case, or cases are still open, and are sending reminders. You would need to finish, close, or delete the workflow case to stop the emails from being sent.
Please note, even if you are administrator in the organization, it is possible, that you don't have all access rights to all cases.
