3633505 - Unable to share story reports to roles, users or groups

Symptom

Story report cannot be shared to Users or Roles or Groups. One of the following scenarios is encountered:

  • "Error while saving" message appears.
  • The sharing successful, the sharing is successfully saved, but upon reopening the Share menu, the sharing is undone and the newly added users, roles or groups are not seen.
