Symptom

  • When applying leave request in IOS, for any time type the available amount is not shown.
  • The available amount can be viewed in Android.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to the given system.
  2. Proxy as user
  3. Log in to SF App with IOS mobile device.
  4. Apply leave for any random day with any time type
  5. Observe that the available balance amount is not shown.

Cause

RCA under investigation by SAP engineering team

Resolution
