3633514 - Trace monitor shows events exception: "error: [connect] Solace amqp10 broker is not connected calling listener JmsCubeEventListenerWrapper" in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Symptom

  • The SAC Trace monitor returns Events exception: Error: [connect] Solace amqp10 broker is not connected calling listener JmsCubeEventListenerWrapper.
  • No issues are experienced in SAC at the time of the errors.

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud 2025.8.13

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Trace monitor in SAC
  2. Observe the error message: Events exception: Error: [connect] Solace amqp10 broker is not connected calling listener JmsCubeEventListenerWrapper.

Cause

  • The error is a random connection error for JmsCubeEventListener.
  • JmsCubeEventListener was trying to send messages every few minutes, while it lacks reconnect mechanism during connection error so the connection is not resumed until the application restarts.

Resolution

It's confirmed by development team that the behavior is expected and there's no impact on existing functionality. It's not a blocking issue and improvements will be added later.
