3633586 - When trying to edit Responsible in Task/Defect, Select Other User goes to .... and does not come back - Cloud ALM

Since July 17, facing the issue in Cloud ALM that we are not able to assign the defects to other consultant in the field Responsible
Trying to edit Responsible and use Select Other User, but ... indicating search is on-going and does not end
