Symptom
- Connection is successfully working at OS level or server level, but HTTPS connection with the specified port is in "not reachable" state in the cloud connector;
- While checking in the SCC UI (- SCC -> "Cloud to On-Premise" -> "Access Control" -> <select the related mapping> -> "Check availability" & "Show details" (right last button)) exception showing is "java.net.SocketException: Connection reset"
- Further in the SCC log (ljs_trace.log (<2.17)/scc_core.trc (>=2.17)) following entries are there:
