3633659 - Error in creating notification on mobile device in Sap Service and Asset Manager

Symptom

  • not possible to create a notification. The system raises an error in the header of the screen "View details" but nowhere on the screen is an extra information directing to a field which is missing.
  • no priority defaulted with priority data nor can select a value from the drop-down list.
