3633692 - Missing WSM ID (Column) in Manage Job Profile Content Import/Export template

Symptom

WSM ID Column is missing in the role mapping competency template in Manage Job Profile Import/Export

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub
  • SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder

Reproducing the Issue

1. Navigate to Manage Job Profile Import/Export
2. Download Template Role-Mapping Competency
3. After fetching it in the scheduled job manager you may now open the excel file
4. See that the WSM ID column that should exist is missing

Cause

The issue is due to Role competency mapping object not reflecting the WSM ID field. 

Resolution

To resolve the issue, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to job profile content and map one competency to Role. This mapping can be removed after.
  2. Run MDF Object Definition to DB Sync job following this KBA: 2534674 - How To Schedule MDF Object Definition to DB Sync and Fix Inconsistencies In Metadata Framework.
  3. Go to Configure Object definition tool and review the Competency object: WSMID field should have Visibility field set to Editable.
