• Unable to change configuration in field status group.
• screen appears only in display mode in SSCUI 102393.
• Mass update the field status group in g/l accounts.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Access SSCUI 102393 Define Field Status Variants.
2. Attempt to make modifications to the Field Status Group configuration.
3. Observe that the screen appears only in display mode and modifications cannot be made.

No permission to edit SAP standard entries.

1. In the SSCUI 102393, use the "Copy as" option to copy the SAP Standard delivered field status group, e.g., YB04.
2. Save the new field status as a Z-entry/custom entry.
3. Edit the custom field status group and Save
4. Use the Mass change feature in the company code view of the App Manage G/L Account Master Data to assign the custom field status groups to multiple g/l accounts.
