3633704 - Dynamic text displays value "No selection", while the story object does contain value in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

When creating Dynamic text in the overview page of the story the value shows as "No selection" in SAC.

SAP ANALYTICS CLOUD

1. Login to SAC.
2. Open the affected story.
3. Notice that in an existing Dynamic Text value "No selection" is displayed.
4. Insert a Text box.
5. Select More options (...) - Add - Dynamic Text.
6. Select the same object which is being used in affected Dynamic Text => The value comes up correctly.

• The Dynamic Text which is affected represents data retrieved from existing "persistinaQuery" operations. 
• The "persistinaQuery" has encountered corruption in its underlying data structure, which is preventing the proper display of Dynamic Text values.

• The existing infrastructure lacks the capability to detect queries requiring reconstruction during view time operations. 
• Currently, the viable methods to circumvent this affected query are:
  
  • Text Widget Recreation: Creating a new text widget to replace the existing problematic component
  • Page Duplication: Duplicating the affected page, which will generate fresh query instances and bypass the "persistinaQuery" dependency.
• These alternative approaches will allow us to restore the display functionality while maintaining data integrity and operational continuity.
