How to schedule canvas report to SFTP server in report center
Prerequisites: Manage Dashboard / Reports > Schedule Reports to FTP Destination permission

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

To start the schedule, in Report Center right click on the 3 dots next to the report, and go to New Schedule

Step 1

• Schedule Name - This is how the schedule will appear in Report Center, in the schedules
• Report Format - Here select which format the report should be scheduled
• Send Notifications to - Select additional users who should receive notification about the schedule

Step 2

Filters are currently not available for schedule

Step 3

• Method - Select Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP)
• Host Address - The SFTP address, for example sftp.successfactors.com
• SFTP Login and SFTP Password - The login credentials
  To test if everything was set up correctly, click on the Test Connection button. If no error is shown, the connection was set up correctly.
• File Path - Choose the folder the report should be scheduled to, for example /Folder
• File name - Choose the name of the scheduled file, and make sure to include the correct suffix. For example, if you have chose to schedule the file as CSV in Step 1, the file name should be Filename.csv

Note: Date Format is not available for Canvas reports, only for table reports

Step 4

Occurs - Choose how often the schedule should occur
