3633740 - "Phase Check Failed for Sub Landscape" for Defect Correction with Release in Test Phase - Focused Build

When a Focused Build Release is in Phase "Test" it's not possible to import defect corrections to the quality system as the batch import log reports that the release is not in a valid phase, however on switching the release back to phase "Build" the import is possible.
