Symptom
- When running an import job in SAC, the following errors occurs:
- "Failed to call SAP Analytics Cloud agent. Please contact your administrator to ensure that SAP Analytics Cloud agent is running. Configured correctly and is reachable from the SAP Cloud Platform Cloud Connector."
- "Unable to connect to backend system in SAP Cloud Connector (SCC). Check the configuration on SCC and ensure correct."
- The Cloud Connector logs contain the following error:"#Unable to open connection to backend system: Connection refused: no further information: localhost/XXX.X.X.X:XXXX"
