3633843 - Pre-Onboarding Rehire Verification Card Missing after Instance Refresh - Onboarding

Symptom

In the source instance, the card was visible on the rehire coordinators' homepage but the pre-onboarding rehire verification was not completed.

After the refresh to the target instance, the card is no longer visible to the rehire coordinators in the target instance.

  • SAP SuccessFactors Platform

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Complete instance fresh
  2. Proxy as rehire coordinators
  3. Pre-onboarding rehire verification tile is not visible in target instance, but it is available in the source instance

Resolution

To avoid stale entries, when the instance refresh is performed, ongoing pre-onboarding rehire verification tasks are not copied.
