3633933 - Display full internal memo in ticket without needing to select "see more" option

Symptom

Display full Internal Memo in Ticket without needing to select "See More" option at the bottom of the Memo.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Service

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Service.
  2. Go to Tickets.
  3. Open impacted Ticket.
  4. Go to Timeline.
  5. See Internal Memo has "See More" at the bottom of the Memo.
  6. The "See More" Option is available to fully expand the Internal Memo.

Cause

The "See More" option is available in grid view to expand larger Internal Memos.  An alternative option is to select List view which shows the full memo; however, depending on the amount of information in the Memo, it may be required to scroll down through the message.

Resolution

This is the system expected behaviour.
