3633986 - Add text to outbound delivery is not available on Run Outbound Process app (app ID F1704).

Symptom

  • In Run Outbound Process app (app ID F1704) there is option to attach a link (url) or to attach a document, but no option to add text (to update some comment).
  • This function is available in transaction /SCWM/PRDO, but not in the fiori app F1704.
