In Nomination Setup the setting: Allow labelling nominees as Emergency Cover is enabled.

• Behavior in Succession Orgchart: When adding an employee to a Talent Pool on Position Orgchart - Emergency Replacement is not showing 
• Behavior in Talent Pool: When adding an employee to a Talent Pool - Emergency Replacement is showing

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management

The system behavior is designed to support adding/editing emergency cover in the Position card, not in the Talent Card as Talent Card is using Employee Profile Portlet information.

• Confirm that the setting "Allow labeling nominees as Emergency Cover" is enabled.
• Understand that the Emergency Replacement field can only be edited in the Talent Pool detail page or in Position Card when adding a successor.
• Note that this behavior is expected.
