3634241 - Cannot select any form in 360 executive review

Symptom

As an admin I cannot select any form in 360 Executive Review even when I have all the permission set

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login as admin
  2. Go to Performance drop down from home
  3. Select 360 Executive review
  4. Try to select any form to Route to the next step

Cause

Action not selected

Resolution

  1. From the 360 Executive Review page, select in Progress for the form status filter
  2. Then go to Forms
  3. In the Forms' panel, you will see the Select an action dropdown
  4. Select Send to Next Step
  5. You will see that the form is now clickable
