3634283 - DRC Brazil - Error message "No valid R-1000 found for the period XX/XXXX" under S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

When you try to submit a REINF Periodic Files event as per example R-4020, you receive error message "No valid R-1000 found for the period".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open Fiori Launchpad
2. select BR_REI_PER report
3. Select New Run option
4. Generate the Periodic Files event (R4000 series)
5. Observe the error message indicating that no R1000 was found for the period.

There are no entries for R-1000 event at table /TMF/D_R_EVENT.

REINF Periodic Files events require that R-1000 event have been submitted prior and have data filled at /TMF/D_R_EVENT.

In case you didn't generate the R-1000 using SAP DRC and instead need to proceed with a manual insertion of R-1000 on your system, you must follow steps described at SAP Help page Migrate Your Data - Migration Cockpit to insert the data at table "D_R_EVENT" for the missing R-1000.
