3634315 - Error when uploading Learning History "The class ID you specified either does not exist or you do not have permission to use it here"

Learning History is not getting uploaded for users in LMS using the import tool. Import job failed with messages:

• The class ID you specified either does not exist or you do not have permission to use it here.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Navigate to System Administration > System Management Tools > Import Data.
2. Select Record Type: Learning History >
3. Choose Import Option: Add >
4. Select the prepared import file and submit
5. Job fails with error in downloaded file: "The class ID you specified either does not exist or you do not have permission to use it here." 

There are two possible reasons:

1. Learning admin does not have permission to access the class.
2. The class does not exist in the system.

2. Ensure that the item/class exists in the system before importing learning history via the Import Data tool.
