Symptom

  • When trying to access BPMC an error is received : Internal Server Error

Environment

Business process model connector for SAP Signavio solutions

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Attempt to access the business process model connector for SAP Signavio solutions application in the sub account BTP.
  2. Observe the error message "Internal Server Error".

Cause

Multiple accounts used to log in to BTP. Correct account not used.

Resolution

  1. Use an incognito mode in the browser.
  2. Log in to the BTP account.
  3. Access the BPMC application.
