3634439 - SAP HANA Cockpit failed to open with error "The client and server do not support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite"

When opening SAP HANA Cockpit/Cockpit Manager, below error showed:

Secure Connection Failed

• The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.
  Error code: ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

Or

• An error occurred during a connection to <Cockpit url> Peer using unsupported version of
  security protocol.
  Error code: SSL_ERROR_UNSUPPORTED_VERSION
