"National ID Card Type" and "Is Primary" fields have not been changed to Non-Required Fields by Business Rule. 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Create an onInit business rule to set all national id fields as non-required during the "review new hire data" step
2. Open the "review new hire data" step
3. "National ID Card Type" and "Is Primary" fields have not been changed to non-required fields

"National id card type" and "Is Primary" are mandatory in DB by default. Therefore, the rule cannot change these fields to non-required fields.
