3634464 - correct form I-9 task shows "Task Completed" without completion

The Correct Form I-9 Section 1 task triggered via Manage Data shows "Task Completed" when the employee clicks on the tile on the home page.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Move the mouse on the home page card to notice the link at the bottom of the page redirecting to onboarding process id.
2. Go to Manage Data >> Process and search with the process id
3. As the process status is completed and tasks status is closed, when the candidate is redirected to the page, it shows all completed.

Let the candidate go to the To-do task, which will redirect to the compliance object directly, where he or she can process the I9 section 1 task.
